Currently, Acrament'Bon does not deliver everywhere in Quebec. When you place your order, our system will automatically indicate if delivery is possible to your address. Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your region. During busier periods (holidays, promotions), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Transportation and Cold Chain Integrity

We ship all orders with dry ice in insulated packaging designed to keep products at a safe temperature during transport.

Receiving Your Package
You do not need to be present for delivery: the package will be left in a secure location at your door. However, we recommend retrieving your order as soon as possible to preserve product quality. If you live in a building with restricted access, please provide any relevant instructions (entry code, concierge, etc.).

Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. In case of an error preventing delivery, additional fees may apply.

Issues with Your Order
If a product arrives damaged or thawed, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the package. We are committed to finding a quick solution:
● product replacement,
● store credit, or
● refund, depending on the situation.

Policy for Unclaimed Orders
If the package cannot be delivered due to inaccessible premises or an incorrect address, it is unfortunately not possible to recover the products, as they are frozen foods. No re-shipment is possible for sanitation reasons.

Order Cancellation and Modification
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 4 hours after purchase.
Once the order is being prepared, no modifications are possible.
