Currently, Acrament’Bon does not deliver everywhere in Quebec. When placing your order, our system will automatically indicate if delivery is possible to your address. Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your region. During busier periods (holidays, promotions), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Transportation and Cold Chain Management

We ship all orders with dry ice in insulated packaging designed to maintain products at a safe temperature during transit.

Receiving Your Package
It is not necessary to be present for delivery: the package will be left in a safe place at your door. However, we recommend retrieving your order as soon as possible to preserve the quality of the products. If you live in a building with restricted access, please provide any relevant instructions (entry code, concierge, etc.).

Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. In case of an error preventing delivery, additional charges may apply.

Problems with Your Order
If a product arrives damaged or thawed, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the package. We are committed to finding a solution quickly:
● product replacement,
● store credit, or
● refund, depending on the situation.

Unclaimed Order Policy
If the package cannot be delivered due to impossible access or an incorrect address, it is unfortunately not possible to recover the products, as they are frozen food items. Reshipment is not possible for sanitary reasons.

Order Cancellation and Modification
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 4 hours after purchase.
Once the order is being prepared, no modifications are possible.
