Appetizer board

A simple, gourmet, and quick-to-assemble appetizer board: crispy acras, a spicy mango sauce, and a few classic nibbles. Perfect for entertaining without fuss.

1 package of 300 g of Acrament’Bon vegetable fritters

60 g (approximately 2 oz) of Quebec cheese of choice

Grapes to taste

Olives to taste

Cold cuts to taste

Baguette slices

Preparation:

Cooking the acras
Cook the acras according to your preferred method (oven, air fryer, or pan) until golden brown and crispy on the outside. -
Preparing the accompaniments
While cooking, slice the bread and cheeses, rinse the grapes, and drain the olives. Add the spicy mango sauce or any other dip of your choice. -
Assembling the board
Arrange the acras harmoniously in the center of the board, then distribute the accompaniments around them. -
Serving
Serve immediately, while the acras are still hot and crispy, accompanied by the spicy mango sauce.
